The ERC Bin Rotator (Dynamic Clamp) is a machine designed to rotate standard wooden and jumbo plastic bins while attached to a forklift. The machine is designed and manufactured in such a way that it can be attached or removed from most 2.5 ton forklifts without hassle. The machine is connected to the forklift side shift cylinder using three hydraulic pipes fitted with quick couplers. All the normal functions of the forklift (up, down, tilt, side shift) will be retained while the ERC Bin Rotator is fitted to a forklift. Switching between Side Shift and Rotation is done by means of a manually operated hydraulic changeover valve fitted on the static frame of the Bin Rotator. This machine can handle and maneuver a maximum payload of one metric ton when mounted on a 2.5 ton forklift. This machine is more suited (but not limited) to Wine Cellars or for use in small and constricted spaces.
